Here's What We Expect From You
Our clients rely on us to be absolutely accurate in all aspects of our representation of our candidates. We must be vigilant in making sure that our portrayal of you is flawless. Any mistakes can negatively affect future business with a client and cannot compromise our responsibilities to them. We expect that:
- Everything on your resume is 100% accurate
- All degrees and certifications can be verified
- Base salary and bonuses can be verified by W2's
- You take the initiative to research the company and be prepared for the interview
- When listing your skills, you differentiate between what skills you're accomplished with versus the ones you're just have knowledge about
- You are brutally honest with everything you tell us
- You will be able to pass a drug test
- You can pass a criminal background check
- You respond promptly to messages and emails
- You make all interviews that you agree to and minimize any rescheduling
- If you accept an offer from a client, you do not compromise your integrity by accepting a counter offer from your current employer
- You plan your start date with no more than the usual two week notice
